Waiting and stops are included
Airport waiting and stops along your journey are free. Ask to stop for a photo, coffee, meal or rest wherever you wish along the route. These stops are included in the prices published on this website. Keep in touch about flight changes so the driver has your latest arrival information.
Free cancellation, no prepayment
There is no cancellation fee and no advance payment is required. Please tell the driver if you no longer need the trip or if your flight changes. Sending a form is a request; the driver personally confirms the car, date and final fare.
What the fare covers
The private vehicle, driver, fuel, waiting, luggage assistance and stops along the journey are included. Attraction tickets, cable cars, meals, accommodation and third-party paid parking are separate. Night pickup from 00:00 to 06:00 carries the published night supplement shown in the price calculator.
Currency and payment
Website prices are displayed in USD per vehicle. Confirm the payment method and payment currency directly with the driver before departure. Airport-to-city, city-to-airport and return journeys have separate fares. A multi-day journey or a changed destination needs a confirmed itinerary and quote; a published return fare is not an overnight package.
Children and luggage
Tell us children’s ages and any child-seat request before confirmation. Share suitcase sizes, pushchairs and sports equipment so the car’s passenger and luggage capacity can be checked together. Availability of a requested seat is confirmed personally.
Changing the route after confirmation
Tell the driver if the destination, travel date, vehicle needs or booked hours change. Free stops along the journey remain included, but a different overall route needs a new agreement. Confirm any revised total before continuing with the new plan. If you cancel completely, there is no cancellation charge and no advance payment to recover; please send an update when you can.
Your checklist before the pickup
Keep the confirmed date and local time, accessible meeting point, driver contact and final destination together. Check the passenger count and luggage, and reconfirm any requested child seat. For an airport arrival, save the flight number and accommodation address. For an overnight itinerary, keep the next hotel and departure plan available as well. Payment method and currency are agreed directly before travel.
