Hotels, apartment hosts, travel planners and companies can discuss guest transport directly with DriverBaku. Requests can include Baku airport pickup, hotel departures, city appointments and regional journeys. Share the guest schedule before promising availability; the driver, vehicle and final price are confirmed for each request.
Send a clear transport request
Include your business name and contact, dates, flight numbers, pickup and destination addresses, passenger count and luggage. For several journeys, list each leg with its date and time. Tell us about child seats, accessibility needs or language preferences so their availability can be checked before confirmation.
Agree on the price and responsibility
Discuss whether the guest or the partner will pay, how changes and cancellations will be communicated, and which expenses are included. Any partner rate, commission, invoicing arrangement or regular allocation requires a separate agreement. The public website does not imply a contracted partnership or guaranteed vehicle availability.
Coordinate changes before arrival
Name one contact who can provide updated flight or meeting details. Send only the guest information needed to arrange the journey and make sure the guest expects the contact.
