Arrange the details directly
Send dates, addresses, passengers and luggage. The driver confirms availability, the actual car, the route and the final fare. Waiting and stops along the journey are free, cancellation is free and no prepayment is required. Attraction tickets, meals and accommodation are separate.
Airport arrivals and departures
An airport arrival starts with your flight number, local arrival date and the final accommodation address. An airport departure starts with the airline’s required arrival time at the terminal. Share baggage and passenger details for either direction. If the stay is in the Old City or an apartment, agree an accessible meeting point rather than assuming the car can stop at the front door.
A city day with several addresses
For a day in Baku, group fixed appointments first and add flexible visits around them. The three-hour and eight-hour options are described on the prices page. Include walking breaks, shopping bags and the final drop-off in your request. If you may extend the booked hours, discuss this before the day begins rather than leaving the final price uncertain.
Regional transfers and journeys with overnight stays
For Gabala, Sheki, Shahdag and other destinations, tell the driver whether you need a one-way transfer, a return the same day or a return on a later date. Each format needs its own timing. For several regions, send the full sequence of hotels and dates so the price follows the actual route instead of several separate returns to Baku.
