Confirm hours and the area covered
The price page lists hourly packages. Agree the start, finish and any extra booked hours before travel. Waiting and stops during the agreed journey are free. A longer regional excursion or an additional service day needs its own confirmed plan and fare.
Who a day driver works well for
A day booking is useful when your plans involve several addresses and you want one agreed driver throughout the booked hours. This may be a series of business meetings, hotel visits, shopping with bags or sightseeing with walking breaks. Start by separating appointments with a fixed time from places you can visit flexibly. That gives the day a clear shape and helps you choose a suitable package.
For a single airport-to-hotel journey, a transfer is usually the relevant service to compare. For Gabala, Sheki or another regional destination, use the route fare and describe the whole itinerary instead of treating a long intercity drive as a city day.
An example of a three-hour city booking
Suppose you want pickup at your Baku hotel, a visit near the Old City, time for lunch and a final drop-off at another address. Share those points before booking, with the walking time you would like to keep. The driver can agree where to wait and where to meet again, especially if the final part of a visit is in a pedestrian area.
The three-hour package is a time allowance, not a promise that a particular number of attractions will fit. Traffic, access and the length of your visit determine the practical order. Keep one optional stop that you are happy to drop if the main visit takes longer.
An example of an eight-hour day
A longer package can work for a morning of appointments followed by lunch and a relaxed afternoon in Baku. Give the driver the earliest required arrival time, the latest return time and any places where the car will need to carry your luggage between hotels. You do not need to fill every hour with another destination: waiting while you walk or attend a meeting is part of an agreed driver day.
If your plan includes the airport, a late-night finish or travel beyond the city, mention this at the start. Confirm the relevant fare rather than assuming that every combination is included in a standard city package.
Free waiting, flexible stops and booked hours
Waiting and stops along the agreed journey are free. You can pause for a meal, photographs or a rest without a separate stop charge. The booked time package still has a start and finish; extending the service beyond those hours is a separate decision to agree with the driver. A second service day is also a new part of the booking.
The distinction makes the price clear: ordinary pauses during your journey are included, while a materially different itinerary or extra booked hours should be confirmed before proceeding. Entrance tickets, restaurant bills and professional guiding are not included in the car fare.
Meeting after a walk and carrying your belongings
Before leaving the vehicle, save the agreed meeting point and check that you can contact the driver. If you plan to finish a walk at a different entrance, send that location in advance. Do not rely only on the name of a large attraction or shopping area, because there may be several vehicle entrances.
Tell the driver about suitcases, a pushchair, shopping bags or equipment when choosing the car. Passenger seats and luggage space are considered separately. Keep travel documents and valuables with you during stops, and confirm any assistance you need before the day begins.
Send one complete request
A useful request includes the date, hotel or pickup address, number of passengers, luggage and the fixed appointments in time order. Add your preferred end point and whether you need three hours, eight hours or a custom schedule. If the plan is still flexible, say which two or three places matter most.
The driver will confirm availability, the car and the final price directly. Submitting the form is a request rather than automatic confirmation. No prepayment is required and cancellation is free; please send an update if your timing or itinerary changes.
