Start from your accommodation, keep one part of the day for a walk and group the car journeys before and after it. Agree the reunion after each walk
A dropped pin is more useful when it marks a place the car can actually reach. Before leaving the car, agree the pickup point, approximate time and messaging contact. If the walk runs longer, send an update. Waiting is included; the overall plan should still fit the time package confirmed for the day. Keep valuables and essentials with you while away from the vehicle.
Separate a city day from an out-of-town excursion
Do not quietly add a regional destination to a city time package. Send every place on your list before confirmation, including any visit outside the agreed area. If the plan contains both city appointments and an excursion, the driver can confirm whether to combine them or use separate days. A clearer brief avoids unnecessary crossings through the city and gives more room for the stops you value.
