This service includes a driver; it is not a self-drive rental. Agree pickup and end points, time requirements and any return journey. Sedan or SUV for the actual group
Compare the two published cars by the passengers and bags travelling together, rather than appearance alone. A compact group with ordinary luggage may have different needs from guests carrying a pushchair or several large suitcases. Send luggage dimensions or a photo when the load is unusual. The driver confirms the actual vehicle before departure; a reference photo shows the model rather than the exact car assigned to your journey.
Keeping the same car through several stops
If you are moving between a hotel, a meeting, a restaurant and another hotel, put the addresses in the order you expect to visit them. Tell the driver when luggage stays with the car and when you need access to it. Agree the meeting point before each walking visit. One coordinated booking makes the transport plan easier to follow, but the timing and availability still need direct confirmation.
What to compare in a quote
Compare quotes for the same dates, vehicle, passenger count and return arrangements. A one-way transfer, an hourly booking and a vehicle over several days are different services. Ask for the total price of the agreed plan and how any later change will be confirmed.
