Arrange the car before your international flight
Your departure country is only one part of a useful transfer request. What the driver needs is the flight number, local arrival date, accommodation address, passengers and luggage. The same preparation works whether your journey begins in Russia, Türkiye, Iran, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Israel, India, China or Saudi Arabia.
Send the arrival details before boarding and keep the driver’s contact available offline. If your route includes a connecting flight, use the details of the flight landing in Baku, not only the first flight from home. Update the driver if the airline changes that final flight.
Choose the language for planning
The website provides Russian, English, Azerbaijani, Turkish and Arabic versions of services and travel guides. Use the language switcher to open the equivalent page and share that link with your travel companions. You can read the prices and service conditions before deciding on the route.
The service is a car with a Russian-speaking driver. If you need another spoken language, tell the driver before confirmation so communication can be agreed. A translated website does not itself mean that a professional guide or interpreter is included.
Match the airport pickup to your accommodation
Send the full hotel name and address together. For an apartment, include the entrance location supplied by the host; for a pedestrian area, agree the closest accessible pickup or drop-off point. If members of the group stay at different addresses, list the stops in order.

Plan for children, older relatives and luggage
Describe the needs of the actual group rather than choosing a car only from the photo. Send adults and children, suitcase sizes, a folded stroller and other bulky items. Request a child seat in advance and wait for confirmation of availability. If someone prefers shorter walks or more frequent breaks, say so when discussing the day.
The vehicle pages show real model reference photographs and passenger limits. The allocated car and luggage fit are confirmed directly. Food stops or other preferences can be discussed without assuming any restaurant, meal or activity is included in the transport price.
Choose one city base or several regional hotels
For a short visit, compare a Baku base with individual outings against a route with an overnight outside the city. Gabala, Sheki and Shahdag each require their own plan for driving, visits and return. Send the places you actually want to see and mark which are essential.
For several hotels, share the full sequence and dates. Specify whether you need the vehicle during visits or only between hotels. The three-day and five-day guides provide examples that can be adjusted around your flights, rather than a promise to fit every destination into every stay.
Understand the quote before confirming
Prices displayed on this website are in USD. Confirm the final fare, payment currency and accepted payment method directly before travel. Do not assume that a particular overseas card or payment app is accepted. No advance payment is required.
Waiting and stops along the confirmed journey are free, as is cancellation. Attraction tickets, meals, hotels and professional guiding are separate. A changed destination or extended time package needs a revised agreement, so compare quotations for the same itinerary and car requirements.
Keep the departure journey in the plan
Give the driver your outbound flight details as well as your arrival flight. Plan backwards from the time the airline requires you to be at the terminal, leaving time for the drive and airport procedures. If your last night is outside Baku, explain that at the start instead of assuming a city-hotel airport pickup.
Keep optional visits away from a tight departure schedule. Confirm where the luggage will be collected and whether the group needs more than one hotel pickup. The final transfer can then be quoted as part of the complete journey.

A useful message contains your arrival and departure dates, flight number, hotels, passengers, luggage, preferred communication language and the route you want. Add fixed appointments or activity times. You do not need to send passport scans or bank-card details for an initial enquiry.
