Baku airport pickup: from landing to your car
Save the agreed instructions before flying. Your terminal and meeting point are confirmed for your flight; this is not a fixed airport-wide pickup location.

Choose transport around your arrival
Compare the airport’s official bus information with a taxi or a prearranged private transfer. A bus may involve a separate connection to your hotel; a private transfer can take you to an agreed address. Check the current bus timetable and ticket conditions directly with the airport before relying on a departure.
Arrange the meeting
Send your flight number, arrival date, passengers and luggage. Use the local arrival date, particularly for an overnight flight. Before departure, agree how to contact the driver and the meeting point after baggage collection. If your baggage is delayed, send an update when you can.
Give a precise hotel address
Some hotels have similar names, and an entrance may be on a different street from the map pin. Send the accommodation name and address together. For an Old City stay, confirm the closest accessible vehicle meeting point. DriverBaku waiting and stops along the journey are free; no advance payment is required.
Plan the final part of the journey
The airport-to-city journey does not end at a generic city-centre point. An apartment check-in, a hotel in a pedestrian area and a roadside hotel can need different drop-offs. Ask your host for the entrance location and reception contact before flying. If you have several accommodation addresses, share their order so the driver can confirm the complete journey.
For a departing flight, share the terminal and the airline’s check-in requirements. Allow separately for the drive, baggage drop and airport procedures; a map’s road-time estimate covers only one part of that plan.
If your arrival changes
A flight landing after midnight may arrive on a different calendar date from its departure. Copy the local arrival date from the itinerary and keep the driver informed if the airline changes the flight number or airport. After landing, a short update about baggage collection helps coordinate the meeting.

Prepare a message before losing connectivity
Save the driver’s number and send your booking details before boarding. Include the arrival date, flight number, accommodation address, adults, children and luggage. If you expect to have no mobile data on arrival, agree the meeting instructions in advance and save them on your phone. Avoid sending passport scans or payment-card details in an initial transport enquiry.
