Plan the final part of the journey

The airport-to-city journey does not end at a generic city-centre point. An apartment check-in, a hotel in a pedestrian area and a roadside hotel can need different drop-offs. Ask your host for the entrance location and reception contact before flying. If you have several accommodation addresses, share their order so the driver can confirm the complete journey.

If your arrival changes

A flight landing after midnight may arrive on a different calendar date from its departure. Copy the local arrival date from the itinerary and keep the driver informed if the airline changes the flight number or airport.
