Count people and luggage separately
DriverBaku offers the Changan UNI-V iDD sedan and Changan UNI-Z SUV. The booking form accepts up to four passengers, but four seats do not promise room for four large suitcases. Suitcase shape, a pushchair and child seats affect the usable space. Ask the driver to confirm your actual combination before selecting a vehicle.
Send dimensions that can be checked
For each suitcase, send height × width × depth including wheels and handles. Measure a pushchair when folded. Count cabin bags and any long item separately. A photo of the packed items together can help the driver assess the request; avoid showing passport details or baggage labels with personal information. Manufacturer boot-volume figures alone do not establish whether your items fit together.
Confirm child seats before choosing the car
Give each child’s age and the type of seat you need. Ask whether the requested seat is available and whether your own seat can be fitted to the confirmed vehicle. A child seat occupies passenger space; include every child in the passenger total. Do not assume that selecting an SUV adds another passenger seat. If the party does not fit the published vehicles, contact the driver before submitting a booking.
Choose for the whole journey
Tell the driver whether luggage stays with you during sightseeing or is left at a hotel. For Shahdag, mention skis or snowboards; for a regional overnight, count the bags you will actually take. An SUV label does not establish a particular drivetrain or suitability for every mountain road. The driver must confirm the exact vehicle and current access separately. A clear request for your luggage check
Example request: “Two adults and one child; two cases measuring 70 × 45 × 28 cm; one folded pushchair measuring 80 × 50 × 35 cm; airport pickup and a Gabala overnight. Please confirm the vehicle and child seat.” These dimensions illustrate what to send, not a tested load or a promise that it fits. A confirmation should name the car, agreed luggage, seat request, pickup and fare.
