Build the day around your family’s pace
A private driver can connect your hotels and chosen visits, but a good family plan begins with the children’s routine. Choose one main purpose for the day and identify what can be dropped if the group is tired. Keep meals and comfort breaks within the schedule. A list of attractions is not a usable itinerary until road time, time outside the car and the return have all been considered.
Child seats and luggage need a joint check
Send each child’s age and size and ask for the suitable seat arrangement to be confirmed before booking. Include every adult, large suitcase, cabin bag and folded stroller. A seat fitted in the passenger cabin and a stroller in the boot affect different parts of the car. A seven-seat label does not guarantee room for seven people and a full set of large suitcases. Ask which actual vehicle can carry your complete group without assuming the model name answers every capacity question.
Use different plans for Baku and the regions
For a Baku city day, cluster nearby visits and agree where the car can wait or collect you. Pedestrian areas may require a short walk from an accessible street. A Gabala or Shahdag day adds a substantial drive in both directions, so do not reuse a city sightseeing schedule. Decide whether an overnight would give the family a calmer afternoon. Check attraction opening and operating conditions separately before making one activity the reason for a long journey.
Hotel changes and an airport day
Give the full hotel names, check-out and check-in dates and the destination of each travel day. State whether the luggage stays with you between hotels. On an arrival day, airport formalities happen before the road journey and a delayed flight can reduce your activity time. Keep the first visit optional if the flight determines the start. For departure, share the flight time and the hotel pickup address instead of copying the outbound plan in reverse.
Transfer only or a driver between visits?
A one-way hotel transfer is different from keeping the driver available throughout a sightseeing day. An overnight return also needs its own date and car plan. Published DriverBaku fares include agreed waiting and stops along the journey; tickets, meals, hotels and activity equipment are separate. If you want an extra destination away from the agreed route, include it in the request so the whole plan can be confirmed. Private transport does not automatically include a licensed tour guide.

Write your dates, flight details, hotels for each night, adults, children’s ages, seat requests, all bags and your two or three priorities. Explain which days need only transport and which need a car between visits. Ask the reply to confirm the vehicle, route, pickup times and total transport fare. Keep the message for travel day and report flight, luggage or hotel changes promptly. The message is an enquiry until availability and the final arrangement are confirmed directly.
