Start with the ages and the luggage
Tell the driver how many adults and children are travelling and give each child’s age. Ask for the child seat you need before booking; its availability must be confirmed. Count the pushchair, large cases and cabin bags separately. A car that seats your party may not fit all your belongings comfortably, so passenger count alone is not enough to choose it.
Give each day one main purpose
Choose a city day, a regional transfer or a day of sightseeing before adding individual stops. For a family day in Gabala, decide which stop matters most rather than committing to every attraction. A cable car outing, lunch and a lake stop each need time outside the car. Treat the schedule as a proposal you can adjust to your family’s pace.
Use free breaks along the way
Waiting and stops along the journey are included in DriverBaku’s published fares. Ask for breaks for food, rest or photos. Tell the driver early when a child needs a stop so a suitable place can be found. Keep water, a change of clothing and essentials in a small bag inside the cabin instead of at the bottom of a packed boot.
Consider an overnight for a longer route
A long outward drive followed by sightseeing and the return can be tiring. If Sheki or a multi-stop western route is central to your trip, consider staying in the region. Book accommodation separately and share its address. A multi-day transport plan is quoted individually; the day-return price does not automatically cover an overnight stay.
Keep the last travel day simple
Allow a buffer between a regional trip and your flight. Share your airline’s required check-in time and the planned departure terminal with the driver. For an early flight, confirm the pickup time the previous day and keep luggage ready. Avoid scheduling a mountain detour immediately before the airport journey.
What to send for your quote
A useful request includes dates, hotel addresses, children’s ages, requested seats, luggage and the places you most want to see. No prepayment is required, cancellation is free and the final vehicle and fare are confirmed personally. Meals, tickets and accommodation remain separate, so budget for them as well as transport.

Choose the car with the whole luggage list
List adults and children separately, then count the bags that need boot space. A folded stroller, large suitcase or sports bag can matter more than an extra small backpack. The UNI-Z and UNI-V pages give passenger limits, but luggage fit needs its own confirmation. For a child seat, send the child’s age and requirements in advance; do not assume an unconfirmed seat will be available at pickup.
Keep family plans flexible without losing the route
Select one essential visit and leave room for meals, rest and spontaneous photo stops. Tell the driver when you would like a break; stops along the journey are included in the fare. If your group needs to skip an activity or return earlier, discuss the updated destination and timing. A family outing is easier to confirm when the hotel, main visit and return point are clear from the start.
