If you are booking a lesson or a timed activity, share the meeting time with the driver and allow for arrival, equipment collection and walking to the meeting point.

Send the number of large bags and tell the driver about skis, snowboards or a pushchair. Passenger capacity does not guarantee enough room for long equipment. You might prefer more time at the hotel, a different return time or a revised outing, but discuss any new destination with the driver first.
