Share the exact hotel or activity meeting point rather than only writing “Shahdag”. A hotel transfer, a day of activities and a return on another date need different pickup arrangements. Tell the driver if you also want to visit Qusar or Laza so the additional direction and available daylight can be considered before confirmation.
The resort offers different seasonal activities. Availability, lift operations and weather conditions can change, so check the resort’s official information near the trip date. If you are booking a lesson or a timed activity, share the meeting time with the driver and allow for arrival, equipment collection and walking to the meeting point.
Send the number of large bags and tell the driver about skis, snowboards or a pushchair. Passenger capacity does not guarantee enough room for long equipment. You might prefer more time at the hotel, a different return time or a revised outing, but discuss any new destination with the driver first. Free waiting and stops do not remove the need to confirm a changed route. Before departure, keep the driver’s contact and the accommodation address available on your phone.
