If you are staying in Gabala, you can request a direct pickup from Heydar Aliyev International Airport instead of changing cars in Baku. Send the local landing date, flight number and the exact Gabala hotel entrance. List any planned food or sightseeing stops before accepting the quote. An airport-to-Baku city fare is not the price for this regional journey.
For a Shahdag arrival, share the resort address, passengers, suitcases and any winter sports equipment. Confirm vehicle and child-seat availability before travel. Agree what happens if the flight time changes and check the resort’s arrival arrangements separately. Airport pickup, a Baku city day and a return on another date are separate parts of the itinerary; request one written transport quote for the whole plan.

Tell your accommodation your arrival time and confirm access directly with them. The driver can coordinate the vehicle meeting point; hotel check-in is arranged by the property.
Send travel dates, pickup and return addresses, passengers and luggage together. Stops wherever you wish along the journey, waiting and cancellation are free. The driver confirms the final vehicle and fare personally; no prepayment is required.
A hotel name alone may be ambiguous. Send the address, an entrance pin and any instructions from your host. Share passengers, luggage and the last flight landing in Baku. If several guests are staying at different hotels, list the drop-offs before confirming the fare.
For departure, provide your flight and the time your airline requires you at the terminal. Confirm whether luggage must be collected from another address. An arrival transfer does not automatically book the return: agree its date, pickup and total directly.
