What makes feedback useful to another traveller
Describe the route or service, whether the meeting instructions were clear, and how the vehicle suited your group and luggage. You can mention stops and communication without sharing private booking details. Use your own completed journey as the basis of the review. Do not include phone numbers, passport details, hotel room numbers or other guests’ personal information in the public text.
How reviews appear here
Submitted reviews are checked before publication. This helps keep the page relevant to actual journeys and avoid publishing personal details. A submitted review may not appear immediately. If you need a reply about an upcoming journey or a change to a booking, contact the driver directly through the contact page rather than relying on a public review to reach them in time.
