Save your driver’s phone number and your accommodation address offline. Confirm that your mobile plan or planned local connection will let you receive messages. If the flight changes, send the new number and arrival date; a screenshot alone may omit the local date or terminal.
Payment and your transport budget
Prices on DriverBaku are shown per vehicle. Agree the payment method and currency directly before departure. Set aside a separate budget for hotels, meals, attraction tickets and other third-party activities. Waiting, stops along the journey and cancellation are free; no prepayment is required.
Pack for your actual route
List large cases, cabin bags, pushchairs and sports equipment when requesting the vehicle. Keep essentials accessible in the cabin. For children, give ages and request any required seat before confirmation. A seat request is not confirmed until the driver replies.
Plan regional days with room for breaks
Road time does not include the time spent visiting a place. Choose a few priorities and leave room for free comfort stops. An overnight may be more practical than repeated long returns to Baku. Share the hotel nights and your departure flight when asking for a multi-day quote.
Check information that changes
Use the airport for terminal and transport information and the attraction or resort for current opening and activity details. For entry requirements, consult the official government information relevant to your passport. The driver booking does not replace travel documents or attraction reservations.
Keep a clear confirmation
Save the agreed vehicle, pickup, route, dates and final fare in your message thread. If your plans change or you need to cancel, notify the driver through the same contact. Form submission is a request; availability is confirmed personally.
