HOW TO PLAN

Practical details for your route

Combining the route with Sheki over two days avoids spending most of the day in the car.

Access to waterfalls and walking points depends on weather and season.

When to goSpring and summer suit greenery and water; early autumn offers a calmer route.

Two locations, one planned route

Tell the driver how you want to divide time between Qakh and Ilisu and send the accommodation address. Village walks and nature visits need time outside the car. An overnight can allow a slower visit than a same-day return from Baku.

Before confirming this journey

Send travel dates, pickup and return addresses, passengers and luggage together. Stops wherever you wish along the journey, waiting and cancellation are free. The driver confirms the final vehicle and fare personally; no prepayment is required.

Choose the journey you need

Confirm the service format with the addresses and dates. The same destination can require different transport arrangements.

One-way transfer

Travel from your agreed pickup to the destination. Send the actual hotel entrance, not only the town name. A later collection or journey back needs its own confirmation.

Return on the same day

Include the outward drive, time at your visits and the drive back. Mark your essential stops and agree the return pickup. Waiting and ordinary stops along the journey are free.

Return on a later date

Send both dates and each hotel in order. Specify whether the car stays available between visits or whether you only need separate transfers. Request one total for the complete plan.

Prepare these details

Date, local time and precise pickup address
Adults, children, bag sizes and any requested child seat
Main stops, final address and return date
For an airport start: flight number and local arrival date

What your quoted fare covers

The agreed car, driver, fuel, waiting and stops along the journey are included. Cancellation is free and no prepayment is required. Tickets, meals, hotels, professional guiding and third-party paid parking are separate. Agree a changed destination or extra service hours before proceeding.
