Read driving time as an estimate
The route page gives a planning distance and driving estimate. Your hotel address, traffic, weather and chosen stops affect the actual day. Time spent visiting places and eating is additional to driving time, so a full itinerary needs more than the road estimate alone.
Choose the stops that matter
Tell the driver whether Sheki itself is your priority or you want time in Gabala on the way. Select visits before adding more map pins. Waiting and photo or meal stops along the journey are included in the car fare; entrance tickets and meals are separate.
Consider a night in Sheki
An overnight gives more room for visits and avoids combining every activity with a long return drive. Send the hotel address, next destination and return date for a complete quote. Confirm opening arrangements with individual attractions before building the day around a timed visit.
Set priorities for the time in Sheki
Choose the visits that matter to you before adding stops on the road. A palace visit, a walk through the old streets, a meal and hotel check-in each need their own time. Opening hours and entry arrangements should be checked with the venue for your date. Share any fixed entry time with the driver; transport does not itself reserve admission or provide a professional guide.
Continue to another hotel or return to Baku
The return arrangement affects the whole booking. If you plan to stay in Sheki, provide the hotel and the following day’s destination. If you are continuing through Gabala, send the complete sequence rather than requesting an isolated outward transfer. For a same-day return, agree which stops are essential and which can be skipped if you prefer a longer visit in Sheki.
Pack for both the road and the overnight
Keep water, a light extra layer and items you need during the day in an accessible bag. For an overnight, tell the driver about all luggage before choosing the car. Describe a stroller or other large items separately from ordinary suitcases. Stops along the agreed journey are free, so tell the driver when you want a break. Meals, accommodation and attraction tickets are outside the transport fare.
